On Monday, July 22, 2013, Andrew Langer, President of the Institute
for Liberty, will be speaking on "The Impact of Over-Regulation on Small
Businesses and Entrepreneurs" in the Community Room of the Marina
Public Library located at 190 Seaside Circle, Marina, California.
The meeting will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
